Mp extended description fix

Fixes the issue where the extended description of the multiplayer menu is not displayed the correct bitmap for the buttons under the "Create game" section. The issue is caused by the game not setting the correct bitmap index.

Configuration

This feature is enabled by default and cannot be disabled. The configuration is not required.
